Riley’s Story
I experienced two concussions within two weeks at camp and because of poorly educated concussion protocol I then suffered from a very bad TBI just two days later. I woke up in the hospital another two days later with camp counselors I had never met.
A Note from Riley: I faced multiple symptoms including temporary paralyzation, short-term memory loss, and chronic migraine. And it took me weeks to be able to go back to school.
