Olivia - AMAZON REVIEW

“Great gluten free options with shorter cook times we’re just what I needed. Reading is difficult for me, so the larger font size has helped. Also really love the breaks in the recipes as a pacing reminder. The tortilla pizza with kale, ricotta, and prosciutto is divine and only takes 15 minutes! So glad this resource exists.”

Halli - AMAZON REVIEW

“This cookbook was something I had been looking for! It pairs nutritional information specific to concussion recovery with tips for symptoms, and the recipes are delicious!! My husband and teenager loved it too! Very grateful to have this resource!”

Post Concussion Coloring Book

Why Color?

One of the biggest challenges I experienced when recovering was not knowing what to do with myself. Friends and family would make many suggestions that were simply out of reach. These days that became months and then years of being in pain at home brought on a lot of challenging thoughts. What helped with these thoughts was finding tasks and activities that I could do without exasperating my symptoms.

Coloring was something I was able to do and complete. The satisfaction of finishing something helped me feel like I wasn’t losing myself.
